zuChem’s unique biocatalysis approach has resulted in the development of a proprietary bioprocess for the mannitol and other related sugar alcohols for the food ingredient industry. In addition, zuChem is currently developing microbial strains and bioprocess technologies for the scale-up and production rare sugars and derivatives of these sugars for the pharmaceutical industry.
